The white Yankee Candle Soft Blanket scented candles are reminiscent of the warm scent of a clean cotton blanket that invites you to snuggle up on cold winter nights. The scented candles are made from a soft soy wax blend and contain two wicks made from natural fibres. This combination ensures that the scented candle burns cleanly and evenly. How to use the Yankee Candle Soft Blanket
The scented candles should always be placed away from flammable materials on a stable, heat-resistant surface. You should also ensure that they cannot be reached by children or pets. Shorten the wicks to a length of 3 to 5 mm before lighting. This ensures that the candle burns evenly and prevents soot from forming. The scented candle should also burn for at least 2 hours at a time so that the wax does not just burn in the centre and tunnel. Also make sure that the candle does not burn for longer than 4 hours. Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
