What is it
An extra gentle, light foaming and creamy cleanser that soothes and balances the skin while gently removing waterproof make-up, sunscreen and daily impurities.
What makes the formulation work?
The Mello Marula Cream Cleanser was developed with a skin-friendly pH value of 5.0 and does not contain any aggressive surfactants or SLS. Instead, a nourishing blend of 1.0% colloidal oat and marula oil intensively moisturises and soothes the skin. Mild but effective surfactants gently cleanse - even in the sensitive eye area. The formula rinses off effortlessly without leaving any residue and leaves the skin soft, clean and balanced - without an unpleasant feeling of tightness.
What effect does the formula have?
FYI: Mello Marula creates a light lather - but don't worry: a cleanser doesn't have to foam a lot to cleanse thoroughly.
This formula contains vanilla fruit extract, which is known for its antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. It gives the cleanser a subtle, natural almond fragrance that evaporates quickly.
Mello Marula is 100% free from essential oils, silicones, colourants, alcohols and sulphate surfactants.
Important ingredients:
- 1.0% Colloidal Oat - Soothes the skin, has an antioxidant effect and helps to reduce redness.
- Sclerocarya Birrea (Marula) Seed Oil - An easily absorbed oil rich in antioxidants and omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. It moisturises, nourishes and regenerates the skin for a healthy glow.
- Shorea Stenoptera Seed Butter - A particularly rich plant butter with a high fatty acid content that intensively moisturises the skin.
Use
Gently massage into wet or dry skin. Add water to lather. Rinse well and pat dry. Use in the evening or alternate with other Drunk Elephant cleansers.
Tip: We recommend skipping the morning cleanse as it is not necessary if you have cleansed your skin the night before.
