With the Miller Harris Tea Scented Candle, you can add a relaxing scent of green tea, Earl Grey and bergamot to your living space. The relaxing aroma with earthy and smoky notes comes into its own particularly well in the wax blend of soya and rapeseed and brings a feeling of calm and serenity to the room. Like all Miller Harris candles, the Tea Scented candle is hand-poured and responsibly produced in the UK. The natural wax is free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehydes and artificial colourings and ensures that the candle burns optimally. This ensures a pleasant aroma for up to 50 hours. The candle also boasts fully recyclable, FSC-certified packaging.
Application tips for the Miller Harris Tea Scented Candle
To ensure that the scented candles burn as evenly as possible, they should burn for at least two hours each time they are used so that the top layer of wax can liquefy from side to side. The wick should also be trimmed regularly. To ensure optimum safety, do not burn the candle near heat sources, draughts or children and store it in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight. You can use the burnt-out candle container to store small items.Use
Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
