Ideally, you should use a foot spray in the evening. Clean your feet thoroughly beforehand with soap and lukewarm water. Then dry your feet thoroughly. Then spray on your foot spray. When spraying, remember to spray between your toes and on your heels. Your feet will feel cool and refreshed as soon as you spray it on. If you are using a deodorising foot spray, you can also apply the care product in the morning. The spray should be applied from a distance of around 10 to 15 cm. Only put your socks on once the foot spray has been completely absorbed. You will then have refreshed feet all day long.
