In the top note, the scented candles exude the aromas of clove, geranium and blackcurrant. Notes of incense, amber woods and lovely rose follow in the heart note. Please note: Only place the candles on level surfaces and never leave them burning unattended. Leave to burn for at least three hours to prevent tunnelling. Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
