Directions: Apply the Wave Perm Emulsion to towel-dried hair. Start at the roots and work your way up to the tips of your hair. Gently massage the product in and allow it to work for between 5 and 15 minutes. Tip: The addition of heat intensifies the effect. Then rinse out the Wella emulsion thoroughly.Contents
