The brand: Maybelline New York. The aim: to develop innovative make-up products. Tom Lyle Williams' very first steps followed this approach. Inspired by his sister, he launched the first solid mascara on the market in 1917. It was moistened and applied with a small brush. Demand from enthusiastic customers soon prompted him to develop more make-up for the eyes. Eyebrow pencils, eye shadow and eyeliner followed. In 1996, the world's largest cosmetics manufacturer, L'Oréal Paris, took Maybelline New York under its wing. Since then, it has been one of the many labels marketed by the parent company.
What appeals with the Hyper Precise Allday Liner are the extraordinary colours and high quality. The pencil is also easy to apply. The opaque texture can be applied particularly well with the fine tip of the Hyper Precise Allday Liner. If you opt for the classic liner look, the eyeliner is applied close to the lash line. The optimum result is achieved by continuing outwards in one stroke. You can increase the thickness of the line by applying it at any point and drawing another line. You can also express your own creativity as you wish, for example by drawing small details on the outer corner of the eyelid.
Use
For a classic eyeliner, place the fine felt tip at the inner corner of the eye and draw the pencil tightly along the lash line outwards in one stroke. For artistic liner looks, simply let your creativity run wild.
