Use
Use like a normal shower gel for the intimate area. Rub a few drops of sebamed intimate wash lotion with water in your hand to form a soft foam. Gently cleanse the external genital area and rinse off the foam thoroughly. Also suitable for use as a sitz bath by adding a few drops to the bath water.
