It is suitable as a shower oil and bath additive, moisturises and soothes itching. It also does not sting the eyes and is therefore equally suitable for cleansing the bodies of babies and children as it is for the skin care of adults.

Showering and bathing attack the skin's natural acid mantle and impair the skin's protective barrier. The Lipikar Shower and Bath Oil AP+ refill pack from La Roche Posay is soap-free and therefore pH-neutral. It contains Aqua Posae Filiformis, which can help to balance the microbacterial protective layer and thus strengthen the skin's natural protective function.
