For the perfect smokey eye look, use the Tattoo Liner Smokey Gel Pencil to draw an eyelid line. The width can be chosen as desired: a thin eyeliner for a more subtle look and a wider eyeliner for a more dramatic look. The eyeliner is then blended with the rest of the lid using the blender at the end of the liner. Starting with the outer corner of the eye, blend the eyeliner upwards and - if desired - to the side.
