The hair colours are available in many shades and can be mixed with four developer emulsions of different strengths to suit your hair tone. Goldwell Topchic Permanent Hair Colour hair dyes are enriched with vitamin C and panthenol. This strengthens the hair during colouring, protects it from damage and provides it with plenty of moisture, leaving it supple, soft and looking vital and shiny.
