1. rinse your third teeth briefly and place them in a jar or the Kukident cleaning tin together with a Kukident anti-tartar tablet. Close the plastic tube tightly with the plastic cap.
2. add warm water so that your third teeth are completely covered and leave the cleaning solution to work for 10 minutes.
