Step 1: Apply the Manhattan Wonder'Freeze Brow Lamination Gel with the brush side of the applicator. Step 2: Brush the hairs against the direction of growth to create volume. Step 2: Then comb the hairs upwards with the comb side of the applicator and allow the gel to dry to set the look.
