Apply Garnier Ambre Solaire Hydra 24h Sun Protection Milk with sun protection factor 20 generously to the upper body, arms and legs before sunbathing and massage in gently. Reapply the sunscreen regularly, especially after spending time in the water, sweating or drying off. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the sunscreen gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with clean water immediately. Avoid the midday sun and wear additional protective clothing.
