The Donald Scott Carving Comb Wide from Paul Mitchell combines two hair cutting blades and a cutting comb in one product and is suitable for thinning and graduating thick hair.

Controlled cutting of thick and curly hair

With the Donald Scott Carving Combs, Paul Mitchell is launching innovative hair cutting tools that combine combs and hair cutting blades in one product and can be used to gently thin out and style hair. The tools are available in two sizes: The "Fine" combs are suitable for cutting normal and fine hair, while the "Wide" combs have teeth that are further apart and are suitable for thick, frizzy and curly hair. Heat-resistant up to 180° Celsius, the Donald Scott Carving Comb Wide from Paul Mitchell can be used for wet and dry cuts alone or in combination with scissors. Thanks to its zinc alloy and special T-top shape, the comb sits firmly and securely in the hand and is easy to control. The wider serrated side of the hair cutting blade removes 50 % of the hair, while the narrower side removes 100 % and gives the hair structure and movement. Replacing the blade is quick and effortless as the T-top is removable.
